) with Miscellaneous fee of NZ$ 30.00 . |

- Duly filled Application from (Surrender
/ Cancellation of Indian Passport)
- Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate
- Fee of NZ$ 30.00 bank cheque in the name of "High Commission of India,
Wellington"
- Original Indian passport
- one photograph
- self addressed

after 1st June 2010 are required to pay the
fee of NZ$ 225.00 with declaration of
renunciation of Indian
Citizenship. |
