Persons of Indian origin who have
already acquired foreign citizenship until 31 May 2010 are required
Surrender/Cancel their Indian passport ( valid/un-valid ) with Miscellaneous
fee of NZ$ 30.00

For those who have acquired foreign
Citizenship on or after 1st June 2010 are required to pay
the fee of NZ$ 225.00 with declaration of renunciation of
Indian Citizenship.

Cancellation/Surrender/Renunciation form is not required in case of
applicant whose Indian passport is already cancelled by our office. However;
they are required to submit Cancelled Indian passport or Surrender
Certificate.
